In keeping with our mission statement, Saint Brigid Parish supports many outreach ministries. We invite you to participate with us in service to our community. (Click on any group for more information).

Blood Drive

Blood drives for the Ernie Wallace Memorial Blood Bank sponsored by various groups

Back to School Drive

Annual collection of clothes and other back to school items from the parish to assist those in need. Sponsored by the Christian Service Commission.

Crop Walk

Annual event typically held in October. Parishioners are encouraged to participate to raise money for the needy. This is part of a larger community effort.

Helping Hands

A group of parishioners who provide support for people in need, including food and funds for shelter, clothing, and health care. Contributions come from funds donated by parishioners and monthly collection of food.

Hispanic Migrant Drive

Yearly drive to collect donations of money and clothing for migrant workers in the Mid-Michigan area.

Midland Area Homes

This is a community agency that assists needy Midland area residents in improving their living condition. Saint Brigid Church has two representatives on the board and also provides financial support.

Peace and Justice

This is a loosely knit group without a regular meeting time that plans, promotes, and supports activities pertaining to peace and justice concerns.
